Over the past ten days, one of the main problems in the country has been the cybersecurity of the country and individual institutions, after a 20-year-old hacker hacked the Bulgarian “NAP” system (“National Agency for Income”), which is believed to be based on a large and serious database protection.
Against the backdrop of colorful and polar comments in the state on this issue, an extremely serious, and at the same time almost grotesque, debate on this issue, information has appeared about another society related to the Internet, in particular to a more secure Internet.

The first of such a meeting in Kazanlak took place a few days ago.

Against this background, at one of its last meetings, the Council of Ministers of the country adopted a resolution on the minimum requirements for network and information security. The document is aimed at improving the regulatory framework for network and information security in accordance with the Law on Cybersecurity.
The decree defines the principles and goals of network and information security. The necessary measures have been taken to protect network and information systems, as well as relevant information under the "Cybersecurity Law".
The decree establishes the minimum requirements for network and information security, as well as recommended measures, introduces rules for conducting checks in accordance with the requirements of network and information security, etc.
Ironically by fate, the news and events of recent days, according to the authors of the adopted decree, should help increase the level of protection against incidents, risks and threats to the network and information security in the Republic of Bulgaria.

Olga, what does the Suhba platform really represent?
In fact, this is an Internet resource, which is a kind of editing of general information and strict filtering of any video, audio, photo and text content in relation to the presence of prohibited or unauthorized information in accordance with the requirements of international and national laws. This is how it sounds in the language of professional Internet surfers. Otherwise, the platform is an environmentally friendly and completely secure Internet. This is what’s offered by Suhba. The answer to this question would be incorrect if we did not answer the other important questions before this. How can we participate in creating the future on this planet now? Is it possible in our time for each of us to contribute to the purity of the information field that will appeal to our children, grandchildren, and the younger generation. It turns out that this is possible. Yes, there is a safe, clean, so-called "green" Internet. One of the platforms that we are developing now with a group of enthusiasts and the spread of this idea is the Suhba platform.
The mission in this sense is to educate human values, united ideas of peace and kindness, protection against violence, the spread of terrorism and pornography on the Internet.
Who is behind this Suhba platform?
It is a multinational, multicultural and very professional company. It’s first creator was 38 year old Tokhir Tukhtarov, a native of Kazan, Tatarstan, who was named the "Russian Bill Gates" in his homeland. He is not alone, he has partners, before this company even worked for Google. I think he didn’t even know that there is such a wonderful country with special knowledge, which is Bulgaria. He was here last year, he saw our investment opportunities in various projects that are not so good, but, fortunately, are good for the development of spiritual projects here.
Who supports the idea of this project?
Fortunately for us, many Bulgarians living abroad are our followers of the project. The explanation is simple: all those who are outside and carry the Bulgarian gene are special people. The “glow” like crystals and are, in a way, “special points” for activating special knowledge in different countries. They are luminous people. And the more Bulgarian people around the world, the stronger the Bulgarian power and knowledge that should be distributed throughout the world. At the moment, 1,600 Bulgarians from this profile, who lived abroad, supported the Suhba project, which is young, it is only one year old. There is one more thing: besides Arabic, the word "Suhba" has a proto-Bulgarian root, therefore, it also means "service of the light". If reflected in a projection, it means that we must unite and serve the light of our souls. It is little known that in the Rhodope Mountains there is a sanctuary on which the word "Suhba" is written on each stone, stylized. It turns out that near the grave of St. Ivan of Rila, this word has also been carved out. That is, the ancient information field that left us with knowledge is connected with the future information field that our children will use. Bulgaria is a bridge between the past, the antique and the present and the future. In Bulgaria there are many centers that transmit information about the past, about the places where the whole development of civilization on planet Earth began.
I mean, are you looking for people who can protect this information and the energy field and pass it on to others?
The main idea and idea of the company is to convey a clear information field to generations. A little-known fact is that today in Europe alone, 16 children die due to online games and other mobile applications. Everyday! This aggression in the information field has a high price. Using the uncontrolled information field that American companies are now aggressively offering in various fields, in search engines, games, and websites, we assume that our children may encounter aggression or false content opposite to them. There are no filters to control what happens to them. And this is dangerous if we, as mature people, do not understand this and what dangers await our child online. It depends on us which phone you buy, what settings you will put on your child’s phone, and what information will come to him. We must be a network filter in the interest of its security. But how many parents know and understand this?! At the moment, all such companies impose aggressive models on their own. These are companies run by aggressive forces. They, in turn, aggressively require us to look at their ads, their content, which, in turn, falls into the hands and eyes of our children. All this works in a certain role defined by them. Once again I will say: 16 children only in Europe leave us every day, because they use unnecessary information spaces. Therefore, when you have a resource with which you can combine people with a common idea, the information field can be saved. And safe to use. Cyberwar has long been conducted on many fronts. Who will win, in your opinion?
As in any war, the one who is bolder and the one who is better. Now they are fighting for our hands and eyes: who will view more, who will press the button more and will like
or "flag." Using various cybersecurity strategies, we want to help everyone understand that the most beautiful thing we have in this world is our free will. If you want to watch ads, you click and watch. If you do not want to receive ads, no one can force you. Now what you want is to call a friend, but first an ad or advertisement appears that you did not request. At the same time, somewhere, someone gets money from this. The most important thing is to have free will to get and do what we want. Free will is the foundation of health. Because when you have free will and you can choose what to watch, and not look at the additional and unnecessary information that has appeared, then stress will also go away. Then you are healthy and do not die. Look, the truth is that they can humiliate us through the information field. Everything that happens in this area and fits in this area is aggressive. Have you noticed that you don’t have much choice when buying a phone, except how to choose a brand? You just buy a typewriter, but across the road it says: accept, click, accept, click ... There is no question about whether you want to click. I mean, we have no choice. Just follow the instructions. And where is free human will? There is none.
And it should not be so. Not to mention the various search engines and other advertising applications that are undesirable in this way, GPS and other search engines that at any time know where you are, how much money you spend, what you buy ... All search engines which in that moment became your second self and know everything about you. This is extreme control of your information field, whether you want it or not. And at the same time, you have to use it, because otherwise you become an outsider in the modern world. The price is that we have become information hostages. And all this must be neat, there must be rules to which you must adhere. And there will inevitably be such over time. But until they come up with what will we do, should we just stand and be silent? That is why T.R. Tukhtarov created this interesting project to create a secure information field in order to work with a technology that gives freedom and respects free will. In our country there will soon be the appearance of a new supercomputer. What is your organisation’s position on this issue and how will the new supercomputer affect the information field?
The strangest thing is that no one says that such a supercomputer already exists and belongs to the Bulgarians, Bulgarian scientists, “BAN”. It is a Bulgarian development. Everyone is talking about the new supercomputer: "Oh, wonderful!". But it will no longer use the Bulgarian programs, but a European company. And they’ll get paid for it. Why not upgrade and modernize the Bulgarian supercomputer? Maybe in this way, money would remain in the country. This is a kind of informational slavery.
